Our Methodology
Penobscot General Contractors utilizes lean construction principles, focusing on efficient workflow and eliminating waste and overburdening of resources. Prior to work even beginning, we establish a set of project goals and expectations to help steer the team and govern future decisions. We use new technologies and innovative approach alternatives combined with cost, schedule and constructability feedback to make data-driven decisions as the project progresses. Once construction begins, we undertake meticulous planning and choreography to ensure the safe, efficient, on-time and on-budget completion of your project.
