How do we accomplish this? Our proactive approach to safety empowers every team member to make it their top priority. Weekly safety meetings, careful planning and engaged leadership help us achieve this vision and deliver on our safety promise.

Safety For All Partners
Our safety promise extends beyond our team to include everyone on site. We begin the program in the preconstruction phase, identifying needs and requirements and then constantly improving the site safety culture as the project continues. Our subcontractors and all stakeholders are educated about our expectations and we actively verify that all activity plans from subcontractors are adequate and properly done. We are truly committed to the safety of all people who enter our project sites. For PGC, putting time, effort and resources into safety isn’t an expense – it’s an investment.
