This high-end mixed-use development is in the heart of the Bayside Neighborhood in Portland. This project is the first of its kind in Portland with the combination of 171 luxury residential units with integrated parking and 6,400 of commercial space. The building will also house high-end amenity space including lounges, a gym, roof deck, and roof top patio with a swimming pool. PGC started construction on the project in the December of 2021 with a targeted completion date of mid-2023.

Challenge

Logistically challenging project due to very tight site conditions with the limited laydown area. PGC is utilizing lean construction practices and Just-In-Time deliveries to address these constraints.

Approach

Utilized a collaborative target value design approach with key trade partners to realize the project construction budget and reduce overall cost by 8.5%.
