Penobscot General Contractors (PGC) is proud to partner with Hancock Lumber on the comprehensive modernization of their Brunswick, Maine facility. This project involves expanding the existing structure to a total of 30,000 square feet, encompassing a state-of-the-art hardware store, an indoor drive-thru lumberyard, a kitchen design showroom, and updated office spaces.

In addition to the main building enhancements, the project includes doubling the size of the millwork warehouse and adding 20,000 square feet of covered outdoor lumber storage, significantly increasing operational capacity. The renovation also addresses site improvements, such as expanded parking facilities to better serve customers and staff.
