The Eddy is a modern, four-story development offering 250 market-rate residential units, including 124 studios and 126 one-bedroom apartments. The project features 201,000 square feet of living space, with high-end amenities such as a fitness center, yoga room, clubhouse, dog wash station, game room, and media room. The two buildings will be connected by a main lobby and shared amenity areas, including an exterior garden and patio, promoting a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

The building structure was redesigned to composite steel and joist, resulting in significant cost savings and an expedited schedule. Additionally, the project achieved approximately 5% savings through Target Value Design, demonstrating PGC’s commitment to efficient and innovative construction practices.
