The Shops at Falmouth, located just adjacent to one of the area’s most popular shopping centers, involved clearing a densely wooded lot in a highly visible location. The resulting two-story building offers a range of commercial suites, with retail and office spaces from 2,800 to 10,200 square feet, totaling approximately 21,000 square feet of premium office space now home to a fitness gym, a restaurant, a marketing agency, and more.

PGC led the development of a logistics and scheduling plan that enabled subcontractors to work efficiently while addressing the site’s constraints. The approach included constructing the building in “zones” to allow finish trades to begin as early as possible. The overall schedule was managed using Pull Planning methods, fully tracked and coordinated in TouchPlan, reflecting PGC’s commitment to utilizing the latest construction methodologies and technologies for enhanced efficiency and seamless project delivery.
