Choice DeWitt is a five-story, two-building mixed-use development in downtown Lewiston, totaling over 116,000 square feet. The project will deliver 104 mixed-income one- and two-bedroom apartments, along with approximately 14,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space to support local businesses.

Site preparation includes the demolition of two existing buildings on Pine Street, clearing the way for 18 months of new construction. Completion is anticipated in early 2027.

The development will also feature a public plaza, upgraded streetscapes, and improved pedestrian access to Kennedy Park. As part of the Choice Neighborhoods initiative, Choice DeWitt represents a coordinated investment in strengthening housing and community infrastructure in the Tree Streets neighborhood.
