This 30,000-square-foot, steel-framed office building is a standout structure on US Route 1 in Falmouth, standing as the tallest in the city and the first of its kind. PGC delivered the core and shell, along with multiple high-end interior office fit-outs, all within an aggressive eight-month schedule.

The building features five stories of Class A office space, offering 10 premium office suites. Constructed slab-on-grade, it exemplifies modern design and functionality.

This project was completed simultaneously with an adjacent office building, requiring meticulous coordination and engagement with subcontractors capable of managing multi-phased work across both sites. Despite the complexities, both buildings were delivered on schedule, showcasing PGC’s ability to execute large-scale projects efficiently.
