Located at 241 US Route 1 within The Shops at Falmouth plaza, this four-story, high-end commercial building features several premium Class A office spaces with modern amenities. PGC constructed the core and shell for this building, as well as the adjacent Falmouth Office Building 1, managing both projects simultaneously under tight schedules and ensuring on-time completion.

PGC completed the fit-out of 16 distinct tenant spaces across the two office buildings, including our own headquarters on the top floor of Falmouth Office Building #2. This luxury office space features five private window offices and a state-of-the-art conference room, designed with both functionality and aesthetics in mind, reflecting PGC’s commitment to creating inspiring work environments.
