Harrison Ridge is a three-story, 45,000 SF affordable senior housing development located in Bridgton, Maine. The ground-up MaineHousing project includes 48 one-bedroom units for residents aged 55 and older, along with community rooms, outdoor gathering space, and accessible common areas designed to support connection and independence.

PGC’s scope included full site development and construction of the new residential building, which utilized prefabricated wall panels, floor systems, and roof trusses to support efficiency and quality control. The building was constructed with an all-electric mechanical system in alignment with MaineHousing requirements and project specifications.
