Lambert Woods North, a 75,000-square-foot, 72-unit affordable housing development across six residential buildings in Portland’s North Deering neighborhood. Located on a wooded parcel acquired from the City of Portland, this project represents Phase 1 of a two-phase development planned for the property.

PGC’s work includes full site development and new building construction, including clearing and preparation of the site, earthwork and grading, underground utilities, and stormwater management, along with public right-of-way improvements and a new bus stop to support access. The development is designed to U.S. Department of Energy Zero Energy Ready standards and includes solar-ready infrastructure.

Lambert Woods North plays a critical role in expanding access to much-needed affordable housing in Portland while prioritizing open space preservation and strengthening community connectivity—delivering efficient, durable homes designed for long-term performance and resident comfort.
