Katie has 10 years of construction experience including office buildings, laboratories (BLS-3), healthcare/long-term care facilities, retail and mixed use buildings, high end condominiums and correctional centers.

Katie excels at building strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, and architect teams, fostering positive communication throughout every phase of a project. As an Assistant Project Manager, she collaborates closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent to coordinate schedules, oversee subcontractors, and manage budgets, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.

Outside of Penobscot General Contractors, Katie enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing, gardening, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
