Brad brings 19 years of experience in construction safety, having worked across a wide range of sectors, including Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Coal, and Commercial Building. Over the years, Brad’s experience in the industry has given him a broad technical knowledge base, and the leadership skills needed to successfully navigate the ever-changing world of construction. Brad leads with a people-first approach, creating an environment where team members feel heard and valued. He listens to their perspectives without judgment, fostering open communication and trust. His commitment to coaching and mentoring allows him to guide and support his team in their personal and professional growth.

When not at work Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. They enjoy all that Maine has to offer including fishing, hiking, boating, and camping. Watching his two children grow and develop in a positive manner is the single most important thing to Brad, and this has given him a healthy perspective on work life balance that he is able to translate to the workplace.
