Lochlund joined the PGC team with two years of project management experience in commercial construction. While in Los Angeles, he contributed to an arena project with the Sites and Structures team, gaining hands-on experience in RFIs, submittals, design coordination, change management, and material tracking. Prior to project management, Lochlund spent two years as an electrician’s apprentice and gained three years of field experience across various phases of residential construction.

While not at Penobscot General Contractors, Lochlund enjoys surfing, fishing, and going camping, as well as spending time with his family and friends.
