Bill brings more than 30 years of experience in the industrial, power, and energy sectors, specializing in complex projects that demand technical expertise, strategic planning, and strong leadership. Over the course of his career, he has advanced through senior roles with leading firms, where he oversaw large-scale operations, managed growth initiatives, and delivered successful outcomes across heavy industrial, manufacturing, and energy markets.
In addition to his technical and leadership skills, Bill is known for his integrity, mentorship, and commitment to community. He has served as Board President of the Maine Volunteer Foundation, Chair of AGC Maine’s Energy and Industry Committee, and on the Northeast TAPPI executive committee, reflecting his dedication to advancing both industry and community.
