Chad has four years of experience in the construction industry, starting in residential construction. He has worked on all phases of building, from site development to turnkey finish work. After college, Chad participated in an intensive 2-year leadership program in the defense industry, earning his Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and completing PMP training. He then spent seven years in the defense sector before transitioning to a Senior Operations Manager role in the healthcare management industry in Texas.

Chad returned to Maine and now resides in the home he built with his beloved dogs. Outside of work, Chad is passionate about the outdoors, enjoying hunting, fishing, and spending time at camp with his two nephews.
