Nick has joined Penobscot with over 5 years of experience in operations and performance management. While managing large teams, Nick’s focuses were enhancing employee and customer experiences, improving SOPs, and building lasting stakeholder relationships. He also previously spent a number of years at a framing and drywall company in Massachusetts where he worked in multiple roles and was exposed to all aspects of the business. Nick brings relationship management and collaboration skills along with a strong eye for detail to the project team.

When not at Penobscot General Contractors Nick enjoys spending time with family, hiking and camping with friends, and coaching lacrosse.
