Superintendent
Wayne brings four decades of experience in the construction industry, starting his career before high school graduation with a carpentry certificate. After more than 10 years in residential construction, he found his true passion in large commercial projects. Starting as a laborer, he quickly advanced to foreman and eventually superintendent. Wayne’s notable projects include overseeing construction on several UMaine campuses, the Portland and Bangor civic center remodels, the Lewiston district court building, and the helipad at Maine Med in Portland. Known for his quick problem-solving and efficiency, Wayne takes pride in delivering projects on time—and often ahead of schedule.
Outside of work, Wayne and his wife enjoy traveling, motorcycling, camping, and spending time on the water in the summer, as well as snowmobiling in the winter. They also cherish time spent with their granddaughter.
