Zalo Vivas


Assistant Superintendent
Zalo brings a strong background in construction documentation, coordination, and BIM to the PGC team as an Assistant Superintendent. He has worked on projects ranging from data centers to multifamily housing, supporting project execution through MEP coordination, detailed drawing development, and shop and fabrication drawings. His experience gives him a strong understanding of project coordination and constructability, helping teams stay organized, solve problems efficiently, and keep work moving in the field.
Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Zalo moved to Maine in 2025 with his wife and dog and now lives in southern Maine. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, surfing, and grilling traditional Argentine asados.
