Eoin brings extensive field experience in water and wastewater treatment plants, large civil projects, utility work, and steel frame structures. As an Assistant Superintendent, he works closely with project teams, assisting with scheduling and field coordination to ensure smooth project execution. His broad skill set and adaptability make him a valuable contributor to PGC’s success.

Originally from Ireland, he moved to Maine in late 2024 when his wife, whom he met in Ireland, wanted to return home. They now reside in Southern Maine. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and following soccer.
