Justin brings more than 15 years of experience in architecture, construction, and real estate development to the PGC team. Originally trained as an architect, he has built his career around bridging the gap between design intent and field execution. His diverse background gives him a strong understanding of complex project lifecycles, with a careful eye for detail, structural integrity, and overall project quality.

As a Project Manager, Justin draws on his architectural foundation to lead projects that are both highly functional and well executed, helping foster strong collaboration between design teams, clients, and construction partners throughout the process.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys exploring New England with his wife and young son and making the most of everything each season has to offer.
