Liv brings experience from the development side of the construction industry, having supported large-scale mixed-use developments as well as smaller hospitality projects in Portland, Maine. Now working on the general contracting side, she draws on that background to bring an owner and developer perspective to project coordination, communication, and day-to-day decision-making.

Her education in studio art contributes to a creative, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, while her ongoing graduate studies in construction management continue to expand her technical knowledge of the industry.

Hardworking, collaborative, and eager to learn, Liv values strong relationships and takes pride in contributing wherever needed to help keep projects moving forward.

A Maine native, she lives in Portland and enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the state, reading, and being near the ocean.
