Jay brings more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience to his role as Assistant Superintendent at PGC. His background spans framing through finish work, including high-end custom homes and post-and-beam construction, giving him a strong understanding of quality, sequencing and the details that drive a successful project.

As the former owner and operator of East Wood Builders, Jay also brings the perspective of someone who has managed work from start to finish and understands the importance of coordination, accountability and craftsmanship in the field. One of his custom homes was featured in Rural Home Builders magazine, a testament to the quality and care he brings to his work.

Outside of work, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife and son, ice fishing, making maple syrup and riding his motorcycle whenever he gets the chance.
