Michelle possesses 17 years of construction experience, specializing in multi-family residential, office buildings, and healthcare projects. Her expertise enables her to identify effective solutions to challenges and lead project teams seamlessly from inception to completion. Known for building strong relationships with project partners, Michelle combines her technical knowledge and exceptional communication skills to ensure a positive experience for clients and subcontractors alike. As a Project Manager, she oversees coordination, communication, budgeting, documentation, and scheduling, guiding her team to deliver successful project outcomes.

Outside of Penobscot General Contractors, Michelle and her husband live in Stetson with their two sons. Together, they enjoy fishing, hunting, camping, gardening, and exploring all that the great state of Maine has to offer.
