Nicole has 23 years of construction experience, focusing on reviewing and negotiating contracts, managing the company’s insurance program, bond and claim expertise, and overall risk management, as well as the day-to-day business responsibilities of the company. Her soft-spoken, firm-but-fair approach helps ensure that negotiations and potentially tense claim situations run smoothly for the benefit of all parties involved.

Nicole is originally from California and now resides in Winterport with her husband and three children. Between sports activities, the family enjoys spending time outdoors on their property, hunting, gardening, and exploring the beauty of Maine.
