Ron has 27 years of construction experience, including owning Weymouth Builders, where he built custom homes and log cabins. He later spent 10 years as a foreman at Windham Millwork. His portfolio includes numerous hospitals, banks, schools, casinos, retirement facilities, assisted living centers, and courthouses across New England. With extensive experience in large millwork projects, Ron has developed a keen eye for detail and quality craftsmanship. In recent years, he has worked as a superintendent, including overseeing a $35 million high-end hotel project in downtown Portland.

Ron and his wife, Amy, live in Orrington. They enjoy spending time with their twin sons, making the most of the Maine outdoors through fishing and family trips on the UTV with their dog. Ron enjoys cooking on his pellet smoker, making family dinners a regular occasion.
