The Armature showcases PGC’s expertise, delivering 171 high-end apartments in Portland with premium amenities, including a fitness center, recreational patio, grill area, courtyard pool, rooftop event space, and ground-floor retail space. The residential units sit above a partially underground parking structure, enhancing convenience for residents.

The Eddy

The Eddy is a modern, four-story development offering 250 market-rate residential units, including 124 studios and 126 one-bedroom apartments. The project features 201,000 square feet of living space, with high-end amenities such as a fitness center, yoga room, clubhouse, dog wash station, game room, and media room. The two buildings will be connected by a main lobby and shared amenity areas, including an exterior garden and patio, promoting a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

The Sandpiper

The Sandpiper offers stylish, sustainable living with its 63 market rate apartments in this ground-up construction project. Featuring a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units, the building offers a wealth of high-end amenities including, conference rooms, a chef’s kitchen & parlor, a SkyLounge and Skydeck, a fitness gym, yoga studio and elevator-serviced, heated, underground parking.

45 Dougherty

Located in Portland’s Libbytown neighborhood, just steps from the recreational opportunities of the Dougherty Complex, 45 Dougherty Court is a five-story, 63-unit housing development featuring a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Amenities include a fitness center, community room, laundry facilities, secure indoor bike storage, and EV charging stations. Built to LEED Silver standards, the project prioritizes energy efficiency and sustainability.

The Wyeth

The Wyeth is a striking new addition to The Shops at Falmouth Square. This mixed-use, 110,000-square-foot building includes one level of subgrade parking, a retail space on the ground floor, and four levels of 46 high-end residential units. The building features thoughtful amenity spaces, including a wellness center and a rooftop patio on the third level.

269 Falmouth

Located just adjacent to one of the area’s most popular shopping centers, this project involved clearing a densely wooded lot in a highly visible location. The resulting building provides approximately 21,000 square feet of premium office space, now home to a fitness gym, a restaurant, a marketing agency, and more.

Peasley Park

This new construction includes 49 affordable housing units, featuring a mix of efficiency and one-bedroom apartments, with 17 units being accessible. The project will offer amenities such as a community room, fitness room, laundry, and robust broadband infrastructure for telehealth services. It also includes future-ready electrical systems for electric vehicle chargers and solar panel installation.

Uplands Phase II

The Uplands II project is the second phase of a two-building development within the vibrant Scarborough Downs mixed-use community. This 4-story, 30,000-square-foot building offers 39 affordable rental apartments designed for seniors aged 55 and older. The apartments include one efficiency unit and 38 one-bedroom units, with 14 designed to be fully accessible. Residents enjoy shared amenities such as a community room with a kitchenette, laundry facilities, and an outdoor terrace, creating a comfortable and connected living environment.

Hancock Lumber Augusta

The Hancock Lumber Augusta project was a dynamic, fast-paced modernization of their existing facility, completed while the store remained fully operational. The renovations included the addition of a state-of-the-art kitchen design showroom and millwork center, an upgraded hardware store, an undercover lumber storage area, and a spacious product warehouse. The project also encompassed significant civil improvements, enhanced landscaping, and other key upgrades, transforming the facility to better serve customers and support operations.

Hancock Lumber Yarmouth

This project transformed a hardware store and sales area with a complete renovation and a six-thousand-square-foot addition. The scope included demolishing an adjacent bank building, constructing a new Marvin Design Showroom on the first floor, and a Retail Operations Center with Class A office space and conference rooms on the second floor. The updated floor showroom was seamlessly integrated with the existing space, creating a cohesive and modern retail environment.

Falmouth Office Building 1

This 30,000-square-foot, steel-framed office building is a standout structure on US Route 1 in Falmouth, standing as the tallest in the city and the first of its kind. PGC delivered the core and shell, along with multiple high-end interior office fit-outs, all within an aggressive eight-month schedule.

Falmouth Office Building 2

Located at 241 US Route 1 within The Shops at Falmouth plaza, this four-story, high-end commercial building features several premium Class A office spaces with modern amenities. PGC constructed the core and shell for this building, as well as the adjacent Falmouth Office Building 1, managing both projects simultaneously under tight schedules and ensuring on-time completion.

The Citizen

The Citizen Condominiums is a completed multi-building, multi-phased project featuring the full renovation of a historic home and the construction of a new condominium building. The development includes eight (8) high-quality dwelling units and a basement garage with elevator access.

46 Wright’s Landing

This project represents a groundbreaking achievement as the first in Maine to utilize tilt-up construction exterior “sandwich” panels. These innovative panels, featuring rigid insulation sandwiched between two concrete slabs with integrated façade elements, weigh up to 60,000 pounds and were installed with precision and close coordination with trades.
